Clover Leaf is Hiring a Technical Project Manager Near Los Alamos, NM

Clover Leaf is looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee discrete technical or operational projects. The incumbent will define project requirements, deliverables, budgets, schedules, and risks, ensuring timely completion from initiation to completion. Experience supporting DOE projects and proficiency in EVMS programs like P6 and Cobra are preferred. This remote position requires occasional trips to Los Alamos and is ideal for those adept at fostering relationships, collaboration, and project leadership.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and ensure the timely completion of technical or operational projects, defining requirements, deliverables, budgets, schedules, and risks.
  • Oversee project teams in planning, tracking, and executing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop work packages and project plans, ensuring alignment with programmatic needs and customer requirements.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational management within designated program areas, contributing to policy development, budget monitoring, and technical advice.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree and a minimum of (3) three years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in EVMS programs like P6 and Cobra.
  • Prior DOE experience supporting D&D, environmental restoration, and 413.3B construction projects.
  • Ability to cultivate effective internal and external relationships, lead diverse teams, and communicate project status effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to successful completion.
